1 room apartment in Schaerbeek

We are looking for a roommate for a two-bedroom shared apartment, available after October 15. It is right in the heart of Brussels, 5–7 minutes from Rogier and Gare du Nord metro stations. The apartment has two toilets, a shower, and a bathroom. Rent is €526, plus €100 for utilities (electricity, insurance, and internet). Registration with the tenants’ registry is possible. Two security deposits are required. A good command of French would be a plus.
