Room in Louvain-La-Neuve

Hello everyone, Due to a cancellation, we have a room available in our shared house for the first quarter, starting in October. There are three of us, so we are looking for a fourth person. We enjoy partying, but we also know how to be quiet when necessary. The room costs approximately €465 per month, including utilities, and has a mezzanine. The shared house is located at Place Verte, in the Lauzelle neighborhood.
